I will take you on a personal journey to Karlštejn Castle, one of the most impressive castles in Czechia. It is located in the beautiful forest on a large hill near Prague overlooking the Vltava river and one of my favorite places to show you. You will tour the castle interiors and then we will spend some time in the village where I will show you all the small local shops. We will stop for beer and food at the base of the mountain before returning back to Prague.

Bohemian glass has been a tradition in Czechia for centuries and is famous around the world even today. I will take you to see the Rückl glassworks in the city of Nižbor near Prague.
You will see the factory with its famous non-stop glass kiln (oven) and see how these exquisite glass works are hand-cut and watch the amazing skills of these expert glass blower (artists) in action. Visit the factory the gift shop to purchase rare glass for your home. Combine this tour with a trip to Karlštejn for a full day.
