On this day trip, I will take you to the beautiful Castle Konopiště, the home of Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand whose assassination in 1914 helped spark WWI. It's a beautiful trip featuring baroque summer gardens, lovely landscape, freely walking peacocks.

The castle contains impressive interiors and artifacts collected by Franz Ferdinand during his many travels. See the amazing place where he lived and stroll through the lush countryside surrounding the castle. A wonderful trip for the whole family.

If there is one beer experience worth leaving Prague for, this is it!

Join me on a trip to Pilsen, the birthplace of the world’s first golden pilsner, brewed in 1842! You’ll go behind the scenes at the famous Pilsner Urquell Brewery and watch one of Europe’s most modern bottling facilities in action during its normal working day! You will also enter the brewery’s deep underground cellars, a fascinating labyrinth of corridors where beer was stored long before refrigeration existed.

 

You will see the old wooden casks that are still in use today and from which in the end of the tour you will taste a truly unique unfiltered Pilsen beer and trust me, it tastes very different from what comes out of a bottle. After all that learning, it is time for eating! We will have a nice lunch in the brewery restaurant where you can taste traditional Czech cuisine and enjoy perhaps another beer or two? Cheers!

Join me for a memorable day in Český Krumlov, the medieval jewel of Czechia. With me as your private guide and a professional driver, we will pick you up from your hotel in the morning. Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery of the beautiful Czech countryside on the way there. This town is really charming, dominated by its magnificent castle sitting high above the Vltava River and offering breathtaking panoramic views.

 

We will explore the castle grounds before strolling through the picturesque old town, full of colorful architecture, winding streets, and hidden corners. We will visit local artisan shops and enjoy a nice lunch and drinks.
This excursion can also be combined with a visit to Hluboká Castle or Budweiser Brewery.

Kuks is the Baroque wonder in the heart of the Czech countryside. We will take you from Prague by private car to the small city of Kuks founded by Count Špork and his family. Here he built his legacy, his dream city/utopia, where he held extravagant dinner parties with fountains of wine, fun, games and jousting field.

 

In the 18th century the castle was converted into a hospital for war veterans and housed a unique Baroque pharmacy which is now open to the public. See this amazing place and summer gardens. Good lunch.
